The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and the Government of India reserve the right to make changes to Bharat Yojana Online and these Terms of Use at any time. If such changes impact your rights or obligations, you will be informed through the platform.
These Terms of Use supersede and replace any previously accepted terms regarding your use of Bharat Yojana Online. These Terms & Conditions become effective once you accept them and create a Bharat Yojana Online account.
As a user, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use Bharat Yojana Online in accordance with these Terms of Use. This license may be terminated at any time by the platform provider without prior notice.
Bharat Yojana Online is developed by the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), and includes content provided by various Government Ministries, Departments, and Organizations.
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the content on Bharat Yojana Online; however, it should not be considered a legal statement or used for legal purposes. In case of doubt or ambiguity, users are advised to consult the respective Ministry, Department, or Organization, or obtain professional guidance.
Under no circumstances shall any Government Ministry, Department, or Organization be liable for any loss, damage, or expense—direct or indirect—arising from the use or inability to use Bharat Yojana Online or its content.
LIMITATION ON USE
Unauthorized use of Bharat Yojana Online is strictly prohibited. Use of any automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or monitor the platform is not allowed unless explicitly authorized in writing by Bharat Yojana Online.

Take full responsibility for all actions taken using your Bharat Yojana Online account;
Use Bharat Yojana Online for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not restrict others from using the platform or violate any rights of third parties, including posting obscene, offensive, or disruptive content.
PROVIDED INFORMATION
When you provide information through Bharat Yojana Online, it must be complete and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a serious offense and may result in account suspension or termination, as well as civil or criminal penalties.
Misuse of the platform or submission of fraudulent data may be treated with the same seriousness as providing false information on official documents or in person.
